How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to manage your project. We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Email communications
If you contact us through the website, you will receive a confirmation email from no-reply@clvrd.com. We may follow up by email to discuss your project. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email from us.
Third-party services
We use Resend to deliver transactional email (contact form confirmations and replies). We use Vercel to host this website. Both services process data on servers located in the United States. These providers have their own privacy policies which govern their handling of data.
Data retention
We retain inquiry and project communication records for as long as they are relevant to an active or recent client relationship. If you would like your data removed, email us at hello@clvrd.com and we will handle it within 7 business days.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Basic session and security cookies may be set by our hosting infrastructure. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking tool on this site.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@clvrd.com.
